Nursery students playing and singing in Spanish

Students began by singing the "Hola Amigos" song which means hello friends in Spanish. We sang and danced while waving to all our friends. So much fun!!!!!! We reviewed our colors by playing the "Escondido Juego" where students pick someone to hide one of the colored frogs and then they need to guess what color frog is missing and who has it. We rolled a giant dice  in our circle and followed each command such as, hop on one foot, dance, turn around, run while saying the words in Spanish. Our final activity was a brief introduction to "La Familia"

Students took turns playing a game called "Quien Es" which means who is it in Spanish. Children had an opportunity to select someone in the class and describe them. They began the game by identifying if the person was a girl or a boy, then their height and finally what they were wearing. Once the children had a full description they began guessing who it was by drawing that person or writing the first letter of their name.
